The call for application for admission to the XXXVIII cycle (01/02/2023 - 31/01/2026) is published below:
The call for application provides information related to PhD programmes, positions and scholarships available for the upcoming PhD cycle, and modalities for taking part to the selection and mandatory deadlines.

The application to participate in the competition is open on November 15, 2022, with a deadline on December 12, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. (noon - CEST).
Those who have won a place with a scholarship and have already enrolled in a PhD course (XXXVIII cycle) with administrative headquarters at the Politecnico di Torino, can no longer participate in this competition session.
Any requests for information may be forwarded through the Ticketing Assistance Service accessible with detailed procedures on the page Contact us where the answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) are also available.
Considering the high number of applications received near the deadlines indicated in the notice of competition (this also applies to the deadlines for accept the admission offer and enrollment), candidates are invited to send any questions well in advance.
Candidates are recommended not to submit the application the very last day before the deadline expires. The University does not take on any responsibility for any malfunctioning due to technical problems, and/or the overload of the communication line and/or the application systems, neither due to the scattering of communication originated by incorrect indication in the application,  nor for other mistakes ascribed to third parties, accidental circumstances or force majeure. 
The following positions are foreseen for this Call:
    • Fully funded PhD position with predefined research topic drawn from PNRR funds
    • Fully funded PhD position with predefined research topic draw on other sources of funding
    • Fully funded PhD position with own research topic; 
    • Positions without scholarship;
    • Positions reserved to employees of companies engaged in high-level activities.
